Front Desk Reception

Your visitors are welcomed by one of our associates to a contemporary and elegant reception area. They are offered refreshments and you are notified of their arrival. If you have a meeting room booked, they are escorted to the room.

Phone Calls and Messages

Our associates answer your calls using a greeting of your choice. If you are not available, calls can be forwarded to your voicemail or to your cell.

Mail, Couriers and Deliveries

Incoming mail is brought to your floor, sorted and delivered. Outgoing mail is handled at your front desk, as are incoming and outgoing courier deliveries, including COD deliveries.

Meeting Rooms

We have numerous meeting rooms available at no charge. Pre-booking is recommended and extended use of a meeting room can be arranged. A Conference Facility is available in First Canadian Centre to accommodate groups of 20 to 200.

Administrative Assistance

We are able to provide word processing, data entry, bulk mailing, ordering of office supplies, desktop publishing, accounting services, event planning, travel arrangements and ticket procurement. After-hours services can be arranged.

Coffee Bars and Hospitality

Freshly-ground Starbucks coffee and assorted teas are available at our well-stocked coffee bars. We are also pleased to provide catering or other services upon request.
