Privacy

In order to provide services to our customers and employees First Executive Centre ("FEC") collects and uses information of individuals. FEC respects the rights to privacy of each individual's personal information and has adopted this Privacy Policy to protect those rights.

FEC will collect personal information only as required to operate its business activities and only as much as is reasonable for those purposes. Except when inappropriate, FEC will collect personal information directly from the individual concerned and will use and disclose personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, unless the individual consents or the Act permits the use or disclosure without consent.

FEC, on request, will provide an individual with information about the existence, use and disclosure of the individual's personal information and provide the individual access to that information. On request, FEC will correct information that is inaccurate.

FEC will ensure that any personal information is as accurate as necessary for the collection purposes; ensure that personal information is secure; and keep the information only as long as reasonable for business and legal reasons.

Personal information is accessible to certain FEC employees, and will be made available to those authorized by law to have such access. Anyone who has access to personal information collected by FEC must abide by this policy. Under no circumstances will FEC sell, trade or otherwise distribute any personal information for any other purpose other than that for which it was collected.
