We are well-located adjacent to the light rail transit (LRT) line, with an eastbound station directly across the street and a westbound station one block away. Our building is part of the extensive business core interior pedestrian walkway known as the Plus 15.

We offer single offices, suitable for one or two people, or suites that can accommodate larger groups. We offer the flexibility for you to expand or contract your space as required. Agreements can be made on a month-to-month basis or we can offer longer-term agreements.

You can bring your own furniture or we can offer furniture configurations and options to suit your needs.

We are discreet about the First Executive Centre brand. Our clients are the focus, so you will not see our name displayed on any of our floors.

Security and 24/7 Access

First Canadian Centre has security personnel at the front desk around the clock. 24/7 access to the building and to our floors outside business hours is by key card.
